- You will be responsible for handling large sums of money and the payout of tickets following Casino procedures precisely.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is signed and in the shift packets for auditing purposes.
- Answer customer inquiries about gaming procedures and payouts.
- Verify customer identification when required.
- Keep accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms, and transaction reconciliations.
- Perform any other assigned tasks.
- Experience in handling large volumes of cash.
- Knowledge of principles for providing customer services.
- Knowledge of high-volume cash handling policies.
- Ability to apply basic math principles.
