    Plan de production
    Assurer une production optimale des équipements, machines et outils.
    Analyser le travail, identifier les requis de production, détecter à l'avance les exigences spéciales concernant les difficultés

    Diagnostiquer les indicateurs de production, les données statistiques et effectuer des cycles opératoires pour faire fonctionner simultanément plusieurs machines ou procédés internes ou externes au centre de fabrication avancée.

    Maintenir et contrôler de façon optimale le flux de production et les inventaires de pièces.

    Prendre les actions requises pour maintenir la cadence de production afin de respecter la livraison à temps aux clients.

    Plan de maintenance

    Effectuer un diagnostic de premier niveau pour identifier la source des problèmes, intervenir et/ou coordonner les interventions des différents groupes support.

    Appliquer le plan de maintenance pour les équipement/procédés, effectuer les routines de maintenance autonome ainsi que tout genre de travaux d'entretien mineur tel que le maintien des niveaux de liquide/médias/acide ; la réparation mineure de machineries, outillages et équipements mécaniques et agira en support lors d'interventions.

    Utiliser différents systèmes et technologies informatiques tels que l'interface des machines et des lignes automatisées, tableau de bord, système ESS, système de gestion de l'outillage, de la maintenance et des consommables et/ou tout autre systèmes informatiques nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du centre de fabrication avancée.

    De plus, il effectue des tâches externes aux CFA comme le balancing, l'inspection et l'emballage.

    Mechanical engineering and aerospace engineering skills
    Proficiency in French (written and verbal)
    Good understanding and reading of English

    Good knowledge of the English language, written and oral, is required for this position taking into account the operational needs of the Employer and the people with whom the [candidate] will be called upon to interact.

    ~ Production Plan
    Ensure the optimal production of equipment, machines and tools.

    Analyse the work, identify the production requirements, foresee any special requirements relating to problems in advance and take part in development activities.

    Diagnose production indicators and statistical data, and carry out operation cycles to run several machines or internal or external processes simultaneously for the Advanced Manufacturing Centre.

    Maintain and control the flow of parts and their inventories in the most effective way. Make the necessary settings, adjustments and correct the alignment of tools, equipment and precision measuring instruments.
    Take the actions required to maintain the production rate in order to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

    Apply personal knowledge of equipment and robotics/networking as the first line of response.

    Apply the maintenance plan for equipment/processes and carry out autonomous maintenance routines in addition to any type of minor maintenance work, such as maintaining liquid/medium/acid levels.

    Check, clean and lubricate parts and gauges. Carry out minor repairs to machinery, tools and mechanical equipment.

    Use various IT systems and technologies, such as machine interfaces and automated lines, dashboards, the EH&S System, the tooling, maintenance and non-product management systems and/or any other IT systems required for the Advanced Manufacturing Centre to run smoothly.

    Global Quality Plan

    Ensure compliance with the quality plan by completing dimensional and visual inspections of parts and tools in accordance with the sampling plan.

    Document all requirements relating to the global quality plan.
    Initiate and run quality clinics to meet the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
    Confirm that parts meet all the required standards and specifications.

    May be required to perform different tasks or operations such as ATTI audits, peening, sandblasting, polishing, cleaning using various chemical and mechanical processes, simple deburring, masking and unmasking of parts and/or various articles etc.

    to ensure the continuous flow of materials. In addition, the inspector/operator will perform tasks outside of the AMC such as balancing, inspection and packaging.
