    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop conceptual designs or modify existing designs to meet customer's requirements.
    Create system level architecture.
    Complete layout of machine through detail of all components
    Manage the progress of projects relative to established plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
    Make recommendations for design direction.
    Lead teams and influence project direction and progress.
    Assist with the successful management of assigned projects as they relate to cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction.
    Manage several on-going projects concurrently.
    Assist in developing the Mechanical Engineering department through leadership, experience, encouragement, and mentorship.


    Qualifications:
    Experienced with design software like Inventor (preferred), SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
    Able to apply both an analytical perspective and practical understanding to solve design challenges using a systematic engineering approach.
    Experience with simulation tools (stress, dynamic analysis).
    Good working knowledge of designing in Inventor and AutoCAD design tools.
    Knowledge of automation products, services, and the industry.
    Capable of creating machine designs with complex assemblies and subassemblies utilizing parametric design methodology.
    Strong understanding of thermal, structural, and dynamic designs.
    Working knowledge and development of process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
    Strategic thinking.
    Positive Thinker, able to Motivate and Inspire a team.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    Highly motivated, driven, and achievement oriented.
    Effective time management and organizational skills.


    Education & Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    8+ years of related experience
