Hiring, training, and developing exceptional teammatesDaily upkeep and maintenance of the building and car wash equipment, insuring a clean, safe, and friendly environment for customers
Forming business to business relationships (House accounts, Chamber of Commerce participation, marketing, fundraisers, etc.)
Caliber Car Wash is seeking to hire full-time Site Manager with a minimum of five years of customer service management experience to execute Caliber's mission to offer customers the highest Caliber clean at a great value with friendly customer service, EVERY DAY.
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations, and all aspects of the business to maintain the quality, efficiency, and profitability of the site.
Have a minimum of five (5) years' management experience; service industry experience strongly preferredSelling ideas and training to others and the ability to teach, motivate and coach a team of part time and full time employees is a must
Be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Have computer and point of sale systems proficiency
Have initiative and be goal oriented to react quickly to issues and concerns
Have experience in a competitive sales driven environment
Must be able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift
Ability to dictate how much money you make by earning performance bonuses
Professional car wash industry training provided
