Job summary
The Technical Accounting Assistant will perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties. The Technical Accounting Assistant will also compile various reports, financial statements, and various account reconciliations for clients.
How You'll Make An Impact
Maintain the daily accounting records, accounts payable/receivable for clients. Prepare weekly/bi-monthly/monthly disbursements via Check(s)/Wire(s)/ACH/Bank Transfer(s) by client. Responsible for answering phones, preparing deposits for clients, copying, and maintaining files.
