    Detailed Job Requirements and Expectations

    1. Evaluates patients to determine their physical abilities and limitations through observation, interview, and specialized tests.
        Conducts standardized assessments of functional status;
        Develops individualized plans for patient care that include goals based on physician orders,
        prioritizing interventions to promote optimal outcomes;
        Identifies learning needs of staff regarding treatment techniques and therapeutic exercises;

      2. Possible treatments may include:/
      Engages in high-quality communication regarding patient status at shift report;
      $collaborates effectively within interprofessional teams when planning or coordinating client care.;
      Ensures current knowledge about position responsibilities by attending scheduled inservice programs.
