- Maintain all attendance records on a daily basis
- Dispense all daily medications with documentation
- Administer basic first aid, contacting parent and/or school nurse if necessary
- Telephone receptionist
- Handle scheduling of parent/teacher conferences
- Greet and direct all visitors as necessary
- Handle teacher requests for supplies
- Distribute mail
- Request and receive records concerning incoming and outgoing students

Job Goal: Maintain an efficient office and appropriately assist the principal and staff in support of the district's mission.
Performance Duties & Responsibilities:
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands:
Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and a significant fine. Generally, the job requires 80% sitting, 30% walking, 10% lifting/carrying, and 20% standing.
