    Job Title: Mammography Technologist

    Location: Brewster, NY

    Shift: 8 Hour Days

    Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join our healthcare team in Brewster, NY. As a Mammo Tech, you will be responsible for performing mammographic examinations to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases. You will ensure high-quality imaging, patient safety, and comfort throughout the procedure. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our patient care and diagnostic accuracy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform mammography examinations following established protocols and procedures.
    • Ensure optimal image quality for accurate diagnosis.
    • Provide excellent patient care, explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
    • Maintain and operate imaging equipment, ensuring it is clean and in proper working order.
    • Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards.
    • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

    Requirements:

    • ARRT (M) certification.
    • New York State License in Radiologic Technology.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

    Shift:

    • Full-time position with 8-hour day shifts.
