Arranges transportation and shipment of materials to different locations throughout the world in a timely manner. Prepare inventory for shipping, loading on pallets, attaching green tags, creating DD Form 1149 documentation, and shrink-wrapping of pallets. Working knowledge of DD Form1149 process for agency Cargo Shipping Services and Agency Stock System. Track shipments worldwide and interface with sites to establish Arrival on Site (AOS) notification.

Working knowledge of laboratory environments with electrical systems, internal and external telephone communications, UPS, ventilation, safety, delivery of equipment, and laboratory management and utilization.
