    Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

    • tScreen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriaten
    • tDevelop and update treatment/discharge plans of caren
    • tDocument services accurately and timelyn
    • tSupervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice actsn
    • tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and familiesn
    • tMaintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standardsnQualifications:n
    • tGraduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)n
    • tActive state PT license (or ability to obtain)n
    • tStrong communication, documentation, and clinical skillsn
    • tFlexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
