Description

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Lifestyle Apartments at Syracuse, you will be responsible for performing repairs and conducting preventative maintenance throughout the apartment community.

Primary duties include responding to assigned maintenance work orders, resolving maintenance problems, and reporting any repair issues that cannot be fixed during the day.
Additional responsibilities include completing regularly scheduled maintenance activities, general clean-up of the apartment community, and reporting acts of vandalism or destruction of property.

Key Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Tech or in a related role is required.
High School Diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications are also necessary.
Must be available for on-call emergencies, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate of $20-$30 commensurate with experience.
Health Insurance after 60 days of employment.
