- Conduct functional, operational, and environmental tests using various test equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions down to the component level.
- Coordinate failure reporting and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and revise test procedures based on engineering requirements.
- Maintain a testing database and assist in training less experienced technicians.
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve design and test procedure issues.
- Work in both lab and field environments, adhering to documentation and instructions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding testing and performance matters.
- Two-year degree in electronics or equivalent military/civilian coursework.
- Minimum of six years of related experience.
- Thorough familiarity with test equipment (multi-meters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Strong working knowledge of RF, analog, and microwave circuits.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
