About the Role:

The Sports Coordinator is a vital position at i9 Sports, responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our players and coaches. This role involves building strong relationships with parents, coaches, and players while ensuring that the instructional aspects of our program are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead engaging practice sessions focused on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values.
• Oversee the overall operation of designated sports on game days.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• A highly motivated self-starter able to work independently.
• Awareness and ability to take charge in any situation to ensure player safety.
• A positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings, for approximately 7 weeks during the season.

Estimate Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
