- Lead business value assessments for Gleans largest deals and most strategic customers, working closely with customers to identify key business drivers and quantify value Glean delivers to their business objectives
- Develop in?depth ROI/TCO value models that quantify the business value achievable through Glean
- Facilitate blueprint and use?case workshops with customer stakeholders to substantiate business cases, identify success criteria, and drive customer success planning and enablement
- Partner with sellers to lead value?based discovery sessions with technical and business stakeholders to drive key objectives and measurable outcomes
- Craft and deliver executive?level presentations to C?xos
- Perform strategic analyses in support of sales opportunities, identifying areas where Glean can add value to customers business operations
- Develop and operationalize models, processes, and materials (e.g., talk tracks) to drive continuous improvement in our Business Value Program
- Pilot, test, and validate new business?value offerings/programs in partnership with GTM teams
- Assist with Gleans ongoing field enablement efforts, including value?selling training and designing new training curricula and knowledge management assets
- Build external presence via webinars and events to communicate Gleans value to customers around transformation initiatives
- 6+ years of experience in related fields with 4+ years running business?value assessments, consulting, or enterprise sales
- BA in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related analytical field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong presentation experience with C?suite executives
- Strategic, consultative mindset with comfortable building relationships across functions
- Comfortable building financial models and analyzing complex data sets
- Passionate about coaching others and leading cross?functional teams>
- Experience in a SaaS company with a complex sales cycle
