The Regional Recruiting Partner plays a critical role in supporting talent acquisition and HR operations across an assigned geographic region. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality recruiting services, ensuring compliance with multi-state employment requirements, and providing an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) partners closely with regional leaders, hiring managers, and centralized HR teams to attract, hire, and onboard top talent who reflect the company's service-driven culture.

Multi-State Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly and supervisory roles across multiple states

  • Recruit for positions such as valets, shuttle drivers, cashiers, garage staff, supervisors, and operations managers

  • Adapt recruiting strategies to local labor markets, licensing requirements, and workforce trends

  • Build strong talent pipelines through community partnerships, job fairs, and regional recruiting initiatives

  • Coordinate interviews, hiring panels, and selection processes across locations

  • Track recruiting metrics and provide real-time updates to leadership

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEO and pay transparency regulations

  • Support staffing needs related to seasonal demand, peak business periods, and special events

HR Operational Support

  • Oversee compliant onboarding processes, including documentation, training, and orientation

  • Coordinate uniform distribution, equipment setup, and site-specific onboarding activities

  • Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers across multiple states

  • Partner with centralized HR teams to implement policy updates accurately by state

  • Assist with Department of Transportation compliance when applicable

  • Conduct follow-ups with new hires (30/60/90-day check-ins) and support separation processes



Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting and HR support, preferably in high-volume or multi-state environments

  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEO compliance and recruitment regulations

  • Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer management, onboarding, and follow-up engagement

  • Proven ability to recruit for high-volume, customer-facing hourly roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and build relationships with managers and leaders at all levels

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, locations, and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Professional presence, strong interpersonal skills, and a naturally engaging, outgoing communication style

  • Ability to promote job opportunities with enthusiasm and represent the organization's brand positively

  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on recruiting best practices

Preferred

  • HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP

  • LinkedIn Recruiter, AIRS, or similar sourcing certification

  • Experience using HRIS or applicant tracking systems (e.g., ADP Lyric)

  • Recruiting experience within parking, hospitality, transportation, or other high-volume service industries

  • Background in staffing agencies or fast-paced recruiting environments

  • Demonstrated servant-leadership mindset and collaborative working style

  • Experience supporting post-hire employee engagement processes such as check-ins or onboarding follow-ups
