An American Bank Holding Company is looking to hire a Contract-Hire Sourcing Manager.Location:
Minneapolis, MN - hybrid 3 days a week in office
Contract-Hire
Pay:
$50-60/hour depending on experience
The growing, dynamic procurement team supporting the Payments organization is seeking people to establish and grow relationships with the business and vendors.
Supporting senior leaders, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and proactively mitigating risks
Nurture relationships
Develop strategic partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight to ten years of experience in procurement contract activities
Knowledge of purchasing, procurement, and contract negotiation and administration
Knowledge of Procurement leading practices
Staffing Experience
Strong relationship management and business development abilities
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated project management skills
Well-developed management and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all levels across the company
