    Do you have proven experience as a corporate recruiter or talent acquisition specialist? LHH is partnering with a client who is seeking an experienced recruiter to work at their on-site location in the Long Beach area.

    This is a great opportunity to work with a group of talented Talent Acquisition professionals.

    This role is a contract role and 100% on-site in corporate offices.


    Responsibilities:
    Source and recruit candidates utilizing various methods of research and outreach.
    Screen and interview applicants and assess knowledge, skills and abilities.
    Coordinate interviews with hiring authorities and any applicant testing.
    Onboard candidates with proper documentation including background checks, I-9 documentation, and other required documentation.
    Maintain recruitment database and recruitment data.


    Requirements:
    5+ years of experience overall in Human resources of which
    3+ years in Corporate Recruiting
    Experience with HR database/HRIS and iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    Experience onboarding candidates.
    Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.
