- Communicate with customers via phone and email to address warranty inquiries, resolve product issues, and provide information about our product warranties.
- Manage customer's furniture and appliance issues.
- Negotiate and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with, and guide, a repair tech to insure excellent repair times.
- Work with our many vendors and representatives to utilize manufacturer warranties.
- Work with our extended warranty company and app to get service for our customers.
- Manage and keep track of credits and parts from various manufacturers.
- Strong initiative with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer complaints professionally. Applicants should be able to handle stress effectively and not take complaints personally.
