    Job Description:
    Your main responsibilities will be to assist with the overall security posture and secure facility operations
    The FSO will assist with managing security operations, developing plans and procedures, and ensuring adherence to government regulations
    The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure full compliance with the NISPOM, DCIDs, ICDs, and other applicable government and corporate policies and regulations
    The FSO will be required to build and foster a relationship and interface frequently with the government program security office and ensure all tenant personnel are submitted for system access approvals
    Establish and maintain a working relationship with all government agencies and contractors in the facilities while managing SCIFs/SAPFs, as well as filing necessary clearance paperwork for employees, candidates, and consultants

    Key Requirements and Qualifications:
    You will be a highly motivated self-starter who likes to be organized and build relationships


    • Experience in accreditation actions for the Secure Compartmented Information Facilities.
    • Maintain personnel security records and ensure records are current and comply with applicable personnel security requirements
    • Manage direct security training and assist with annual training requirements.
    • Establish, Manage, and Oversee a Security Briefing and Debriefing access program.
    • Support badging and access control requests ensuring all tenant personnel are submitted for system access approvals and personnel clearance tracking
    In-depth knowledge of the NISPOM, DCID's, ICD's and other applicable government security directives associated with SCI programs Skills and Knowledge Required:


    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers and across organizational elements.
    • Interpret government security policies and implement operations program.
    • Document processes, program reviews, audits, and inspections independently.
    • Facilitate security briefings and creation of both pre and post operational briefing reports
    • In-depth knowledge of the NISPOM, DCID's, ICD's and other applicable government security directives associated with SCI programs.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of demonstrated security administration experience or related area.
    • US Citizenship is required to meet government regulations
    MUST have and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance and possess or willing to take a Counterintelligence (CI) or Full-scope polygraph Preferred Qualifications:


    • NGA and/or NRO experience
    • FSO Certification
    • Knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems and Access Controls
