Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent and thorough project quotations by leveraging a deep understanding of market dynamics
- Provide technical support to customers in the commercial roofing industry,
- Serve as a subject matter expert in commercial roofing and systems including Mincron, Logic Track, Salesforce, and Beacon Pro Plus to effectively convey benefits and establish credibility as a reliable source of information for customers
- Break down customer orders based on material correlation and shipping points
- Collaborate with sales team to negotiate material costs for project orders before initiating the ordering process
- Effectively coordinate with Supply Chain,,Branch Managers,,and upcoming project orders to optimize material truck loading into the warehouse
- Develop project schedules in collaborating with the sales team and customers ensuring clearly communication of all project delivery details
