We are currently partnering with a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Professional Engineer (P.E.) to support the delivery of complex,high-value MEP projects across healthcare, life sciences,
research and advanced manufacturing environments.
This is a senior technical and project leadership role offering the opportunity
to take ownership of electrical design delivery while working closely with major clients contractors!
The successful candidate will act as the primary technical authority for electrical systems leading project delivery from concept through construction commissioning This role combines hands-on engineering project management client-facing leadership You will join a highly respected consultancy known for technical excellence long-term client relationships strong investment in its people Key Responsibilities Electrical Engineering Design Lead the design and delivery of complex electrical building systems Produce detailed calculations drawings specifications and technical reports Develop coordinated construction documentation in line with regulatory industry standards Review designs for technical accuracy constructability compliance Support commissioning testing administration Utilise AutoCAD Revit specialist engineering tools Project Management Coordination Manage scope programme budget resources on assigned projects Coordinate electrical works mechanical plumbing fire protection specialist disciplines Provide technical leadership mentorship junior engineers designers Act as primary interface clients contractors consultants Maintain quality control governance standards Client Commercial Engagement Support proposals bids pursuits Provide input fee proposals scopes work Build maintain long-term client relationships Identify opportunities expand service offerings Promote collaboration engineering disciplines Candidate Profile Bachelor degree Electrical Engineering related discipline Minimum years professional experience Master s degree Active Texas Professional Engineer P E licence essential Strong proficiency AutoCAD Revit Proven delivering complex MEP projects Familiarity commissioning system handover Demonstrated leadership mentoring capability Excellent stakeholder management communication skills High attention detail commercial awareness Why Apply Opportunity lead technically challenging high-profile projects Join well-established growth-focused consultancy Clear progression into senior leadership Competitive compensation benefits Supportive collaborative working culture
