Responsibilities / Job Duties:

· Daily unloading of rail cars carrying various materials may include Hazardous materials.

· Must have the ability to understand and follow operating procedures and policies.

· Ability to operate rail car loading systems, including heavy equipment operation.

· Required to perform work safely and productively.

· Willingness to be cross trained on all functions at the terminal facility.

· Must possess a strong work ethic and the willingness to follow procedures.

· Keep work area clean and organized.

· Must not be afraid to ask questions.

· Read and write clearly and accurately fill out all required paperwork.

· Enforce all safety policies and procedures with other employees and visitors.

· Perform general maintenance on equipment, as necessary.

· Assist with facility maintenance such as general maintenance, landscape upkeep, and painting, as needed.

· Work independently and in a team setting in a helpful and professional manner.

· Interact with customers, railroad crews, and visitors, in a professional manner.
