Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) busca un profesional en salud mental para apoyar a clientes dentro de los servicios residenciales. En este papel, brindará atención psicosocial terapéutica, liderará aspectos del proceso de admisión y tratamiento, y coordinará estrechamente con equipos inpatient y outpatient para apoyar la continuidad del cuidado.Responsibilities
- Coordina e organiza las admisiones en colaboración con el supervisor de Servicios Residenciales y el gestor del caso Recovery.
- Lidera reuniones semanales del equipo clínico de Servicios Residenciales e impulsa discusiones sobre planes de tratamiento.
- Collaborates with Adult Outpatient (AOP) treatment teams to implement and amend integrated treatment plans.
