This facility is seeking a Telemedicine Hospice - Palliative Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:83; Schedule:Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call;Average of 2-4 calls per weeknight and 1-2 hospice admissions per weeknight, Physicians are not typically required to cover calls following 7:00pm on weeknights

Outpatient, Telehealth

83; Type of cases and required procedures: Interdisciplinary Team consultations, medication consults, telehealth visits, Care Transition Interventions, admissions, and symptom management during call

83; Credentialing timeframe: 0–10 days

83; Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
83; Certifications required: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM), Basic Life Support (BLS)
83; Licensure required: Must have an active Oregon license, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)Facility Location
