    Salary Range $50,000-$70,000 annually

    Responsibilities of the role:
    Service Coordinator

    Job Description:
    Gathers necessary part and labor related information to complete quotes and send to customers
    Follows up with vendors for part information and internal team members for labor hours required
    Purchase parts for service jobs and maintain parts status for each call
    Follow up on quotes sent to customers
    Follow up on POs for service calls
    Close tickets for technicians for invoicing and starting the quote process
    Take Customer calls and update customers as needed & enter service tickets from Customers
    Keep customer hot list for high priority calls and provide to Customer Service Manager
    Aid in scheduling of service calls
    Call select customers before/after service to keep them updated and ask for feedback
    Support the warranty/return process for select vendors as needed
    Back up for Parts Department – shipping, ordering and answering emails when Parts Manager is on vacation
    Back up for invoicing related to service invoices
    Cycle count inventory

    Requirements:
    Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
    Accurate and precise attention to detail
    Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
