- Our client, a mid-market (500M to 1B) rapidly growing, recession-proof manufacturer, is an industry leader in manufacturing metal fabricated equipment in North America.
- We are recruiting for a qualified Paint Supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing and leadership.
- With a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial capacity, the Paint Supervisor will be pivotal in overseeing painting operations.
- Joining our client's team as a Paint Supervisor allows you to lead and make a significant impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Experience with industrial paint application and various coating materials (i.e., epoxy, polyurethanes).
- Experience with industrial and air-less spray guns.
- Previous hands-on painting experience, including familiarity with paint booth setup, quality control, etc.
- Prior exposure to 5S and expertise in lean manufacturing techniques.
