    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze, assess, and execute litigation strategies.
    • Communicate proactively with clients and represent them in litigation proceedings.
    • Try cases and learn from our Certified Workers' Compensation Specialists.

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of Workers' Compensation experience.
    • JD from an accredited law school and in good standing with the California State Bar.
    • Demonstrable experience in litigation proceedings and excellent communication skills.
