New York, New YorkTechnology – Engineering /Full Time Employee /RemoteAs a Senior Data Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive testing system that ensures the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data.

You will define testing standards and processes, and play a pivotal role in training and mentoring team members on best practices in data quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build an end-to-end testing system for data validation and quality assurance.
Develop and maintain testing standards and procedures to ensure data integrity across all systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data usage and implications for data quality.
Implement data quality metrics and monitoring systems to proactively identify issues.
Lead the creation of a data quality dashboard to communicate data quality metrics to stakeholders.
Train and mentor team members on data quality concepts, tools, and processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in data quality and testing methodologies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data quality and testing technologies. QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in data quality engineering, data management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
Experience with data quality tools and technologies.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages (Python, R, etc.).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
