Summary

Duties

• You will instruct others on communications related topics to support the mission of the organization.
• You will analyze telecommunications services bills to identify and investigate anomalies (e.g., excessive charges).
• You will interpret current policy and procedures to provide customer service to officers and staff agencies.
• You will determine the type and quantity of equipment and materials needed for proposed projects, modifications, or repairs of existing/required systems.
• You will conduct maintenance, installation, and operation of wireless and wired transmission systems to diagnose problems and identify corrective measures.
• You will generate required documentation to accomplish assigned tasks including proposals, technical reports, specifications, work unit plans, as-built drawings and project reviews.
