    Field Sales Manager with a successful track record in enterprise software sales.

    This is a
    remote position based in the central U.S. region including Chicago, Dallas, Des Moines, or Kansas City.

    Job Responsibilities

    In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business by partnering with executives at large companies to transform how they work.

    You should be excited by the challenges of learning a new, technical product; bringing an innovative product to market; and driving real improvement in our customers operations through our software.

    You will be responsible for driving sales in global marquee accounts, closing net new logos and building long term relationships with these accounts.

    This is a remote position reporting to the EVP, Sales.

    • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and follow up across target F1000 accounts
    • Identify & target appropriate named accounts
    • Manage and own complex sales cycles from lead generation or lead development to close net new logos
    • Evangelical attitude to educating customers on our solutions
    • Discover business problems / use cases, gather and differentiate customers needs vs. wants
    • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships within target accounts
    • Close initial deals and expand to enterprise-wide software deals
    • Develop and execute territory and account plans
    • Work with your technical resources to perform presentations and demos of our solutions
    • Lead the effort to create Proof of Concept (POC) or Pilots SOWs
    • Help develop ROIs based on POC / Pilot results and present to business buyers
    • Work with our Customer Success (CS) team to help ensure customer success and win upsell opportunities
    • Become the customers trusted advisor
    • Participate in continuous improvement of the sales process.
    • Work cross-functionally across the organization to leverage subject matter expertise and tactical help in order to drive opportunities to close.

    Qualifications & Experience

    Required:


    • 5+ years of successfully selling software solutions to enterprise companies in the identified verticals / market
    • Experience selling into Line of Business and Innovation / Digital Transformation groups
    • Understanding of critical business drivers
    • Ability to penetrate major accounts, and build long term relationships with key customers
    • Strong verbal, presentation, written, and organizational skills
    • Strong business qualification, forecasting, and team collaboration skills
    • Experience working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
    • Proven ability to work with top executives on critical (and expensive) issues, experience closing 6- and 7-figure deals is a plus
    • Leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.
    • Demonstrated track record of top performance in previous roles

    Desired:


    • Experience in the Intelligence Document Processing (IDP), Natural Language Understanding / Processing (NLU/NLP) or AI space
    • Experience working in an early stage, growth stage startup environment

    Education

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent

    Travel

    • Available to travel to on-site to prospect & customer meetings once it is safe to travel
