SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Key Duties &

Responsibilities:
Looking to hire a Senior Staff Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience

Responsibilities:

Full knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivableInterfacing with Vendor/Sub Contractors and Owners from the onset of contract documentsCertified PayrollGeneral Liability and Workers Compensation InsuranceProcess and Manage Subcontractor invoices including the preparation of all supporting documentationCollection of warranties at the close out process upon completion of projectMaintenance and Organization of hard and soft copy project filesCollection and maintenance of subcontractor insuranceQualifications:Must have 5 years of experience as a Full Charge AccountantBachelors degree in accounting or related fieldExperience with current computer accounting programs and reporting toolsDetail and deadline-orientedStrong analytical and problem solving skills.

Must be able to work well independently, be highly motivatedMust be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Advanced computer skills to include strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with heavy emphasis on ExcelExperience in the field of Construction is a big plus
