Job summary
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all accounting, regulatory, tax, portfolio valuation, financial reporting and office operations for North Atlantic Capital Management. The CFO will be responsible for managing external audits, tax and servicer relationships as well as creating and maintaining all financial policies and procedures.Responsibilities
• Coordinate finance activities including quarterly reporting• Responsible for Fund accounting budgeting cash flow management
• Ensure accurate timely analysis and reporting of financial information in line with the firm’s goals
