    The Engineering Technical Coordinator will manage the Engineering Technical Capability Development Program to foster a manufacturing excellence culture for our high-volume Automated Filling, Packaging, and Consumables operations in Lodi, California.

    This position will lead our Technical Development Program and will be based in Lodi, CA. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

    You will work with a cross-functional team to support our rapidly expanding manufacturing facility's high-volume automated filling and packaging operations in Lodi, CA.

    Develop and own the Engineering Technical Capability Development Program
    Establish and manage Career Rotation and Advancement Program for the Engineering organization
    Partner with Subject Matter Experts, third-party vendors, and Associates to schedule knowledge-transfer sessions, kaizens, workshops, and webinars.
    Coordinate the Engineering team bonding activities, onsite and offsite events, internal and external communications (Business Board, Publications, All-hands, Newsletters, & SharePoint)
    Partners with the Site Learning & Development team to coordinate new hire onboarding and other site events.

    Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 2 or more years of relevant work experience
    Experience with technical writing using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

    Proficiency in managing Training and Development management software
    A degree in computer science or any relevant technical qualification
    Technical writing experience in engineering or manufacturing
