    Job Title: Family Law Associate Attorney

    Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site)

    Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated Associate Attorneys with experience in family law to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of family law statutes and procedures, with a focus on providing compassionate and effective legal representation to our clients.

    Requirements:

    • Admission to the North Carolina State Bar.
    • 1-6 years of experience practicing family law.
    • Strong understanding of family law statutes and procedures.
    • Experience in Parenting Plan, Child Custody, Child Support, Agreement & Modifications, Child Support Enforcement, Paternity, Termination of parental rights, Domestic Violence & Orders of Protection.
    • Knowledge of and experience in litigation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in family law matters, including but not limited to, divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence cases.
    • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
    • Conduct legal research and analysis.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bilingual proficiency (a plus).
