Operations Coordinator - Hauppauge, United States - Broadway National Group
Description
Receiving all incoming call inquiries, creating work orders, and dispatching all work ordersCoordinating daily services with vendors, facility managers, customers, and technicians
Obtaining cost estimates from vendors and reviewing with account management
Following up with clients and projects daily
Maintaining high profile customer relationships through phone and email correspondences
Assisting the billing department as needed
Managing all aspects of each job and taking accountability for each service provided
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Pro-active, organized & detail oriented
National retail & facility maintenance experience preferred
Experience working with & managing sub-contractors
