Inova Lorton Surgery Center is a full service ambulatory outpatient facility located at the Inova HealthPlex in Lorton, VA. We are licensed, Medicare certified, and AAAHC accredited.

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Tech with a strong orthopedic background to scrub under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. As a member of our surgical team, you will prepare and maintain supplies, instruments, equipment and rooms for surgical procedures, recognize safety hazards and initiate appropriate corrective and/or preventive measures, and perform other related duties as a key member of the team supporting the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, either 4x or 5x

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an appropriate technician program
  
• Licensure/certification/registration: Surgical tech certification or experience required. BLS required.
• Experience: Prefer 2 years full-time experience, will consider 1 year experience with strong orthopedic background
