Location: Nouveau Day Spa (Kennewick, WA)

Nouveau Day Spa in Kennewick, WA is hiring for a professional and client-oriented Massage Therapist. We're looking for a dynamic team player who has experience with a variety of massage techniques, is deeply committed to creating a positive client experience, and is accustomed to treating a variety of physical conditions and creating individualized wellness plans.

SIGN ON BONUS $2,000 in increments after 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Keep track of client treatment records and plans and monitor improvement
• Offer general wellness maintenance advice to clients such as stretching and strengthening techniques
• Build positive relationships with clients and team members to create a pleasant work environment
• Meet with each client to discuss any problems with stress or pain, and advise on types of massage and treatment
• Treat clients safely and effectively using the appropriate therapeutic massage techniques that meet their needs
• Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team
• Admin duties: SOAP charting (online health record)
• LMT can make use of any of the following: Hydrocollator + Clay Packs, Organic Essential Oils and CBD Oil, Glass Fire Cupping, Towel Warmer

• Licensure must comply with state and local laws and regulations
• Active Massage Therapist License in Washington State
• At least 2 years of experience is preferred, less will be considered
• Experience with Electronic Health Records systems
• Punctual, able to maintain a clean and organized space
• Proficiency in therapeutic massage techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and reflexology
• Skilled in spa massage techniques and in working in a spa environment
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans
• Experience using Hydraulic Massage Tables is a plus
• Passionate about Massage Therapy and collaborative healthcare
• Compassionate and clear communication skills with both colleagues and clients
