    Opportunity
    The Sr.

    Analyst – Deployment, Vikrell optimizes the order allocation between the Vikrell manufacturing and warehouse operations:
    Casa Grande and Huntsville. Support and lead daily warehouse standups for Huntsville and Casa Grande warehouse execution operations.

    Casa Grande has a commitment to hit 572,000 units produced and 508,000 units shipped for 2024, this role will help ensure orders are allocated and optimized to deliver Casa Grande's targets.

    In addition, this position will monitor Shipment execution of Casa Grande to ensure cube utilization, inventory management, delivery cost, and on-time delivery performance.

    Identify problem areas and opportunities for customer orders and execution of the shipments.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Lead Order Allocation logic and maintenance Vikrell Customer orders.
    • As new products are produced at Casa Grande, this position will partner with the Supply Chain systems team to add the ability for orders to allocate to Casa Grande.
    • Execute shipment planning processes for K&B North America Vikrell sites in collaboration with our external Transportation Management System (TMS) provider. Ensuring that daily loads planned align with customer demand and distribution requirements, leveraging insights from our TMS partner.
    • Maximize cube utilization while meeting customer commitments, with a focus on collaborative efforts with our external TMS partner.
    • Adhere to service level agreements based on value stream and delivery priority.
    • Use a variety of data sources, including SAP and IBP, to identify trends and improve order allocation logic through cost analysis and customer forecasting.

    Process and System Enhancement with TMS Integration:

    • Drive the implementation of the K&B North America Supply Chain strategy.
    • Analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to planning processes and systems, including delivery creation (inventory allocation), load building, consolidate shipments, route scheduling, etc., with a keen focus on integrating suggestions and capabilities from the TMS provider.
    • Identify Industry and network best practices that can be documented and implemented across the DC network for order allocation.
    • Drive in implementation of Kitchen & Bath network design strategy for Vikrell category.
    • Analyze, recommend, and implement Customer Delivery enhancements Drop Ship or Collect programs for Vikrell category.

    Problem Solving and Resolution:

    • Identify, analyze, communicate, and pro-actively address supply bottlenecks.
    • Provides SC and business understanding as it relates to data analysis, problem solving, and objective attainment.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Network Operations Associates, Warehouse Operations, Network Design, Supply Planning, Customer Service, S&OP, IT, etc.

    Skills/Requirements

    • 2-3 years of experience in the functional areas that contribute to supply chain planning or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Computer Information Systems or Business Analytics
    • Certification from leading Supply Chain Professional Organization (CSCMP, APICS, ISM) recommended.

    Critical skills required:

    • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP Order-to-Case Process; Transportation Management System (TMS) is a plus
    • Ability to influence supply chain teams to take pro-active action to manage risks and recommend operations changes to address chronic process and system issues
    • Proven problem-solving capability, experience with 5-why, 8D, 6Sigma or other methodologies.
    • Demonstrates initiative is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility
    • Attention to details, work organized, effectively prioritizes and performs multiple tasks
    • Strong written and verbal communication within multiple level of organization
    • Effectively balance on-time delivery and supply chain costs goals
    • Hybrid work mode in Kohler Wisconsin 3 days/week

    _The salary range for this position is $69,800 - $87,950.

    The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
