    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Felix Construction Company is seeking experienced Project Managers that will lead project teams on small to medium water and wastewater treatment projects throughout the Dallas metro area ($250k - $20M). The Individual must be self-motivated and possess strong communication/interpersonal skills.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    • Work closely with clients, GC's, superintendents, safety manager, field personnel, estimators, project managers, and all others involved in projects.
    • Work with superintendents and quality and field staff to coordinate and effectively manage material schedules, work schedules, job material and equipment purchases.
    • Complete AutoCAD installation drawing packages for our field team.
    • Produce project billings, budgets, and purchase orders.
    • Process change order requests, and related project administrative documents.
    • Complete effective and accurate submittals.
    • Prepare and review operations and maintenance manuals.
    • Develop logical and sequential project schedules using Microsoft Project.
    • Maintain project schedules and budgets.
    • Represent the company in a professional manner.
    • Work from the Felix Construction Richardson office and make frequent job site visits around the metro area.
    WHO YOU ARE:
    • Construction management, civil engineering or mechanical engineering degree required.
    • 5+ years of water/wastewater construction industry experience highly desired.
    • Advanced Excel and Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam skills required.
    • Basic AutoCAD experience preferred.
    • Able to read plans and specifications for all the disciplines on a typical water/wastewater project.
    • Alternative Procurement Delivery Method (APDM) experience highly desired (CSP, CMAR, D-B, JOC, etc.)
    • Take initiative and handles ambiguity well.
    • Work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
    • Have the legal right to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship.
