- Facilitating the management of diverse processes such as sell-side M&A, buy-side advisory, and private capital transactions.
- Developing financial models, offering memoranda, proposals, and written materials for client meetings related to transactions.
- Conducting research and analyses to support the generation of new business.
- Coordinating and actively participating in marketing and client meetings
- Bachelor's degree or higher-level education (preferably within finance, economics, or accounting)
- 2+ years in M&A Middle Market Investment Banking - preferably in Consumer, Industrials, Manufacturing, or Healthcare Services
- Financial modelling skills including DCFs/LBO models/Merger Models/Bridge Analysis/etc.
- Excellent written communication abilities when constructing memorandums/presentations
