Company DescriptionThe aim of this internship is to support the New York Red Bulls Youth Program Recruitment Department operations. The transition from spring to summer is usually a hectic and thrilling period for our Recruitment Department. During the summer, we focus on enhancing our processes and generating new ideas to propel our department forward. It's the time when we hire over 170 youth coaching staff and introduce new initiatives. As an intern, your role will involve assisting in the organization and planning of coach recruitment projects, recruitment activities, and HR operations.
