    Description

    The Quality Control Manager WCL is responsible for overseeing and performing daily QC duties on the USCG task order under the IDIQ contract in Sitka, AK. This position ensures the project meets established minimum standards and specifications. The QCM provides direct oversight and review of documentation and physical inspections to coordinate with personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead development of Quality Control Management Plan ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

    • Evaluate project specifications for quality requirements and ensure work performed complies with contractual obligations.

    • Review shop drawings for conformance with project specs using knowledge from others when needed; coordinate material submittal approvals tracking status completion;

    • Maintain records of inspection logs documenting progress photos resolving issues construction activities as part of team efforts completing assigned tasks working independently minimal direction;
