    We are searching for a highly-skilled, motivated Project Engineer to contribute to PETRA's growth and assist in maintaining our position as an innovative authority in the construction industry.

    The ideal TEAM member will have experience in ground-up commercial construction. This TEAM member will be expected to provide technical support for the Project TEAM.


    The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager and project team with project start-up, documentation and control, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts.

    To be successful in this role, candidates should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

    Responsibilities
    Assist with subcontractor communications
    OAC meeting attendance and meeting minutes
    Responsible for RFI and submittal process
    Prepare project closeout documents

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience

    • 5 years' of experience as a Project Engineer
    Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Procore
    Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards in the commercial construction industry
