Greet customers when they come into the facilityCommunicate effectively with potential and existing customersBuild relationships with families and get to know their names and their children's namesHandle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcomeReport to manager if complaints are unresolvedLead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interactionEducate potential clients on our program and consistently convert incoming leadsAs a leader in swim instruction for over 25 years, Aqua-Tots is the largest swim school in the nation.
