Night Loader Operator/Springdale Quarry - Rogers Group

Job DescriptionRogers Group is currently seeking a NIGHT LOADER OPERATOR/MAINTENANCE for our Springdale Quarry located in Springdale, Arkansas. This position will also assist with maintenance duties as well operate the loader.

The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence, be a self-starter and will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to: Learn and understand our safety culture and implement all of Rogers Group's safety principles without compromise Operate loader to Load feed hopper to plant Operate loader when needed and feed crushing circuit Operate articulated haul truck to stockpile material Plant maintenance and clean up Involved with plant improvement projects Inspect and perform daily repairs and maintenance on plant Inspect and maintain crushers, conveyors, screens, and other equipment Other duties as assigned by managementQualifications: High School Diploma or GED required General mechanical knowledge Ability to maintain safe working conditions Self-starter/ ability to work without close supervision Previous experience working in mining environment preferred Must pass pre-employment drug screening Overtime is required as needed and may include Saturdays Must have a dedication to safe work practices.

Welding / Fabrication experience is a plus Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed Must be willing to work a regular 6pm-6am shift Must be willing to work outside in a variety of conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.

Must be willing to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
