Senior Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

The Senior Maintenance Technician at Victoria's Secret leads the maintenance team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of material handling, mobile equipment, HVAC, and building maintenance across the extensive distribution space in Central Ohio, totaling over three million square feet.

Shift days/hours:

The Senior Maintenance Technician will perform various skilled maintenance, modification, and repair tasks in maintenance operations areas including buildings, material handling, offices, lighting, electrical systems, and plumbing in the distribution centers that offer clean, climate-controlled facilities.

• Maintain building, equipment, shop, and storage areas orderly and clean
• Complete detailed work orders and maintain inventory records
• Comply with CMMS requirements and document all maintenance activities
• Organize, schedule, and manage daily maintenance activities and assignments
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
• Oversee internal and external projects and contractors
• Participate in preventive maintenance tasks and inventory management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Electrical expertise with high and low voltage, AC and DC
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings
• Welding skills preferred
• Technical school or training background desired
• Computer literacy essential
