As a Senior Cloud Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping pursuits, leading business capabilities, and managing client accounts and industries.

    What You'll Do

    Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for cloud services, targeting both new clients and existing accounts.
    • Lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and driving the team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
    • Cultivate and expand relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives and positioning our cloud offerings to meet their needs.
    Strategic Vision:
    • Work closely with executive leadership to define and implement a forward-looking cloud strategy that aligns with industry trends and client demands.
    • Identify emerging opportunities in the cloud services market and recommend strategic initiatives to capitalize on these trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
    Market Positioning:
    • Develop and refine the positioning of our cloud capabilities in the market, distinguishing our firm from competitors.
    • Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
    Team Development:
    • Build and lead a high-performance cloud sales and strategy team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-centricity.
    • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
    What You'll Bring
    • 10+ years of experience focused in engagement-based consulting experience or equivalent industry experience
    • Technical knowledge of multiple public cloud providers, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP.
    • Demonstrated professional growth and the proven ability to work cross-functionally
    • Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base; organic business development responsibilities; i.e. growing new account/clients from the ground up
    • Deep experience with managing people, including mentoring and coaching skills
    • Expert business operations experience (e.g., invoicing, SOW, margins, utilization)
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels including client-facing skills
