    Description

    As the Grooming Salon Leader at Petsense, you will be responsible for leading our grooming salon team to achieve targeted goals and drive business results. Your key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, training and coaching staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

    This role requires a high level of flexibility, adaptability, and service-oriented mindset. You must be able to maintain regular attendance, work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as dictated by business needs.

    • Maintain cleanliness standards in the salon
    • Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling and safety checklists
    • Assist with hiring and onboarding new groomers

    You will also be expected to communicate effectively with associates and customers, display compassion towards animals, exhibit attention to detail,
    safely handle equipment,
    demonstrate strong problem-solving skills,
    and utilize basic computer skills.
