    is looking for an

    Associate IT Business Analyst

    to join our

    End User Business Device

    Team , located in

    Houston, TX .

    You will have the ability to:

    provide overall management support for day-to-day operations for Technology Services End User Services.

    The management support includes end to end life-cycle events, which includes processing invoices and shopping carts, reporting, data analysis, budget and forecasting, procurement collaboration, contract compliance, computer hardware, mobile and software asset management, operational processes, verbal interactions with end users or team members, and some project management comprehension.

    The position is fast-paced and requires initiative, critical thinking, flexibility, investigative and positive mind-set, well-versed in verbal and written communication skills with understanding of SAP and analytical strategies to provide the necessary tools and services to our end users with a focus on an enhanced user experience.

    A basic understanding of backend requirements, comprehension of technical requirements and staying abreast corporate standards and policies to support assets such as computers, printer hardware, miscellaneous accessories, audio/visual, support services, software, multi-function devices and mobile devices and the wireless services.

    Essential Functions

    Understands the components of SAP and Financial Accum (O&M and Capital)
    Ability to support forecasting and budget requirements
    Has knowledge of necessary requirements for processing invoices
    Ability to audit data for compliancy and accuracy of records
    Has basic knowledge of mobile devices and the offered services
    Process shopping carts accurately
    Support, maintain, and report time tracking
    Proficient in utilizing ServiceNow for ticketing, asset management and report generation
    Develop and contribute to various metrics for progress measurements to understand trends and improve operational efficiencies
    Comprehends life cycle processes for optimization of of approved assets
    Knows software asset management intricacies of software licensing
    Proactively updates and/or removes software products from management system
    Familiar with licensing types and packaging of software
    Facilitates periodic meetings with internal teams or strategic partners as needed
    Observes compliancy and adherence to SLA's and other performance metrics
    Benchmarking and process improvement to enhance end user services

    Essential Functions Continued

    Recognizes the value of managed asset operations through standardization and strategic goals.
    Proficient in written and verbal communications
    Understands requirements for Agile methodology for supporting operating platforms
    Provides consultation to end users suitable to their need
    Technologically intimate with IT industry trends and directions
    Proficient in O365; including 'Cloud' services with exposure to MS Teams for chat, sharing and other featured capabilities
    Knowledge of corporate policies and guidelines (Financial, Accounting, Purchasing & Logistics, etc.)
    Supportive and involved in Emergency Operations events

    Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

    Education Description
    Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field OR equivalent work experience
    Experience

    Requires minimum of 0-3 years previous experience in IT services related to asset management life cycle of hardware and software supporting end user support processes; including financial background and understanding of Sourcing processes.
