The Administrative Assistant will provide document production and administrative support to the Emergency Response Department and Projects & Facilities Department. The incumbent will prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents; maintain physical and electronic filing systems; review and process forms; perform data entry; respond to staff inquiries; assist with problem resolution; process purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation for payment.
